Intersex Day of Solidarity, also known as Intersex Day of Remembrance, takes place on November 8.Mark the day start small or go big by take some time to share important information and resources on intersex issues as provided by intersex-led organizations working all around the world. Raise a intersex flag in your town, Host an event such as a morning tea, or school assembly can build further awareness.
We acknowledge the Traditional Owners and Custodians of the lands on which we work and live, and pay our respects to Elders past, present and emerging. We acknowledge the stories, traditions and living cultures of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples on this land and commit to building a brighter future together.
We recognise their continuing connection to land, waters and culture. We acknowledge that sovereignty has never been ceded. We seek to walk together in the spirit of reconciliation.
This land always was, and always will be, Aboriginal land.
